The kitchen was about the size of a walk-in closet, which is how the name “Little Griddle” came to be. Even out of the 600-square-foot space, it quickly became a local breakfast favorite. Founder Judd Harris lived next door to the original location and would wake up every day to make eggs for the community. From the beginning, Little Griddle felt less like a big restaurant idea and more like a neighborhood place that grew out of the block. Small space, busy mornings, good breakfast, regulars coming back.
