Instagram Facebook Serving Portland, Oregon’s bike-riding community since 2010, Upcycles PDX is a humble little bike shop that turns out excellent bicycle work day in and day out. Upcycles began as the project of 2 friends who got it started by fixing and flipping used bikes in a residential garage. From that modest origin, Upcycles slowly built steam to the modest present, where it is owned and managed by Matthew Mendez, a career bicycle mechanic “in the pit” since 2014.
