It's a great place to shop for beautiful gifts, home decor, women's clothing and jewelry. The Arrangement is known for having the best greeting card selection in Portland. Sue Mautz founded The Arrangement in 1980, transforming her early passion for flower arranging at Saturday Market into a beloved brick‑and‑mortar boutique on NE Fremont Street. Her shop quickly became known for its beautifully curated mix of her own floral designs and the work of local artists. After three years in her original space, Sue made the bold decision to purchase and renovate a 1924 gas station across the street.
