She has fond memories of cooking alongside her mother, who passed down traditional Thai recipes and a love for healthy, flavorful dishes. After a career in Computer Technology, Jam returned to her passion for Thai cuisine. She worked in several Portland-area Thai restaurants and now proudly carries on her family’s legacy by opening Thai Chili Jam. Rooted in Culture, Connected to Community Thai Chili Jam is more than a restaurant—it's a reflection of deep cultural roots and a love for sharing traditions.
