About
Working every position in restaurants, he decided to challenge himself in the food cart industry. After opening two successful food carts in the Northeast Portland area with his partner, he decided to venture onto his own. Ryan(right) with his bother Shane(left) at the opening of the Sellwood location. Ryan wanted to create his passion for food to accommodate the fast paced lifestyle. Rollin’ Fresh will provide scratch made Gluten Free and Vegan sauces, local produce, and premium fish from local purveyors.
