Been in finance for 22 years, but their family has run restaurants for over 50 years. Mom’s side of the family has Historic Town and Creole and Dad’s side was part of Original American Whiskey and Barbecue history. Poboy History: Original Poboy: Some former streetcar workers opened their own sandwich shop and used cut potatoes and roast beef gravy to make the first poor boy sandwich.
