About
Their passion for real Mexican food started in a Californian kitchen over 45 years ago. In 1996 they opened a small restaurant in Oregon to share honest meals made with fresh, local ingredients. Each morning they pressed tortillas by hand and taught themselves simple recipes that blend tradition with modern flair. Working alongside their kids, Mariela, and Victor has been their greatest joy. Today, their team spans many towns, but every dish carries the same care it did on day one.
