About
Located in the former location of Hair of the Dog Brewing , their Taproom is now open Tuesday through Sunday, providing a wide selection of beverages in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The beginning of this epic Labyrinths played an inspiring role in many ancient civilizations. Pliny the Elder mentions the “four labyrinths of antiquity” in his book called “Natural History”, these being the Cretan, Egyptian, Lemnian and Italian. The word is based on the root “Labrys” which is a double-headed axe (Go Timbers!) which is made in a forge. Founder and brewer Dylan VanDetta started drawing mazes in high school, fascinated with the lines and pathways.
