Yum & Tum Yum mean tossed salad and Tum mean tossed by wooden mortar. Kinn Kao is a celebration of the delicious northern style of Thai Cuisine. Their passionate owner, Boos recently returned to Thailand and headed North in search of the most delicious and exciting recipes to bring back to Portland. After finding some of the best chefs in Chiangmai, Boos spent several weeks learning and perfecting some of their best recipes. Join them for a lovely and exotic taste of Northern Thailand.
