This marked a fresh chapter for the renowned Irish pubs in Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco. Garrett McAleese, the son of Kells Irish Pub founders Lucy and Gerard McAleese, had initially ventured into International Business and spent time living abroad in Argentina. While in Argentina, Garrett befriended some Americans establishing a brewery. Embracing the opportunity, he immersed himself in the brewing process, eager to absorb all the knowledge he could. This invaluable experience, coupled with the unique recipes he developed, prompted his return to the U.S.
