On August 7, 2014, Portland Parks Commissioner Amanda Fritz joined neighbors, partners, and special guests to reveal the Kʰunamokwst Park name of the first developed park in the Cully neighborhood. Supported with funding from Metro's voter-approved 2006 bond. K h unamokwst Park was formally dedicated in a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, May 16, 2015.
