Ice Queen was founded in 2018 by Rebecca Smith with a simple goal: to bring handcrafted, plant-based paletas to the heart of Portland. What started with just a foldable table, a pink Yeti cooler, and a lot of passion has grown into a cherished fixture in the vibrant Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood, near Ladd's Addition. At Ice Queen, each paleta is a piece of Rebecca’s rich heritage and a reflection of the flavors she grew up with. Their paletas are made by hand, with love and care, using only the finest plant-based ingredients. Whether you’re a local Portlander or just visiting, they’re proud to share these authentic frozen treats with you.
