Their story began with an immigrant woman, a single mother of three, who arrived in the United States in the ’80s. She started working as a cook in lunch trucks, and it was there that her passion for food was born. With her own recipes and a special touch in the kitchen, she decided to take a big step and founded her own seafood restaurant in June 2003. In a small house of less than 900 square feet, she transformed the space into a cozy restaurant with just nine tables inside and five on the patio. This is how one of the first seafood restaurants in the area, DonKamaron, was born.
