Food in Italy is more than just a meal; it’s a way of life, a reason to gather, and a connection to home. At Angolo PDX, they are doing their best to honor that tradition. Her love for food and cooking started at home, learning to cook from her mother, an incredible home cook. She grew up with her mother in the kitchen, making lasagna, pasta, and family meals that brought everyone together, a tradition she now passes on by cooking with her own children.
